# Conduct Surveys

After publishing, you can distribute the survey in various ways:

#### Manually send it to candidates via email.

Open the survey form, click Copy Link and insert it into an email

#### Share the survey link on your website or social media channels.

Open the survey form, click Copy Link and publish it on your career site

#### Send Automatically

Open survey settings and select *Auto Action -> Send automatically after the interview* - will be sent automatically to a candidate after the interview is marked as completed.
