Application forms

Application forms are that forms that candidates fill in when they apply for a job opening or talent pool on your career sites.

To view the currently available application forms, go to Sites, Pages, and Application Forms > Application Forms.

On the application form tile, you can see how many sections and fields the form has. You can configure application form contents at any time.

You can create multiple application forms for different purposes and assign a different application form to each career site if necessary. Additionally, you can override the site application form for a specific job opening ad or talent pool ad: you can do this for a job opening ad by specifying an application form in the job opening ad settings when you are creating a job opening or for a talent pool ad in the talent pool ad settings when you are creating a talent pool.
