Create an application form

An application form is filled in by a candidate on a career site to apply for a job opening or when they want to add themselves to a talent pool. To be able to link application forms to career sites or specific job/talent pool ads, they must be created and configured first.

Application forms are published automatically as soon as you specify them for a career site in the site settings. By default, a site application form is used for all job opening ads and talent pools ads on the site, however, you can override this and configure a specific application form for a specific job opening ad or talent pool ad.

To create a new application form:

1.  Go to Sites, Pages and Application Forms > Application Forms.
2.  On the Job Opening Application Form Designer page, select the New Form button.
   
3. In the Create Job Opening Application Form window, fill in general information about the application form:
   • Title – Specifies the title of the application form that will be used to identify it in Talenteria.
   • Description – Specifies a description of the application form.
     
4. Select the Create button to create the application form.

Now you need to configure application form contents so that the form could be used on career sites, job opening ads and talent pool ads.
