Integration with ATS

Talenteria integrates with 50 popular ATS solutions to ensure a smooth flow of data throughout the hiring process. This integration allows recruiters to manage job postings, track applications, and streamline candidate screening from a single platform.

Configuring the integration

Create API key

• Log into Greenhouse and go to the API Credentials page by clicking on the cog in the top right corner, then go to Dev Center → API Credential Management.
• Click on Create New API Key. Select Harvest as the API Type, Custom as the Partner, and paste this for the description:
• Copy
• Click Manage Permissions, copy the API key that appears, and paste it below:
• Click I have stored the API Key to continue.

Configure API key permissions

After creating the API key, Greenhouse should present you with its settings. Please enable the following permissions to make sure the integration works as expected.

Note that some might not be strictly necessary for your use case. We still recommend activating all of them for reliability.

Finally, make sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.

Set audit log user

Greenhouse creates audit logs and needs a user to identify actions with.

Please input the email address of the Greenhouse user you would like to be responsible for the actions that are triggered through the integration.

Setup your Greenhouse job board token

Click here to view your job board token. In case this link does not work, follow the guide below:

1.       Click on Configure (the gear icon) in the top right corner of your greenhouse UI.

2.       Click on Dev Center in the left sidebar.

3.       Click on Configure Job Board in the new left side bar.

4.       Copy the token from the Your Board Token field and paste it below.
