# Job Application Inbox

Talenteria's Job Application Inbox is a powerful tool designed to streamline the hiring process by providing a dedicated email address for each job posting. This feature allows candidates, recruiters or job boards to send the applications directly via email, and automatically creates a candidate profile in your Talenteria recruitment system.

### Sending Resumes by Email

To ensure successful parsing and to create your candidate profile accurately, please verify that resumes contain text (not scanned images) and are in the following formats:

- PDF
- DOC
- DOCX
- TXT
- RTF

Limitations

- The system cannot parse scanned resumes (images)
- The system cannot parse resumes in the email body (attachments only)
