Candidate Search

Talenteria’s Candidate Search feature provides the tools you need to find, filter, and engage top talent efficiently.

1. Accessing the Candidate Search 

To begin searching for candidates:

1. Log in to your Talenteria dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Candidates section from the main menu.
3. Type the keyword in the Search field and click Enter.

2. Advanced Candidate Search Tool

You can search for candidates using various parameters, including specific fields or skills.Use Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to combine or exclude terms.

1. Log in to your Talenteria dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Candidates section from the main menu.
3. Click on Advanced Search to open the search interface.
