Candidates statuses are used on the Candidates page to identify the current position of a candidate in the recruitment process.

You can set up candidates statuses with any title, however they are all based on predefined internal candidate statuses.

To set up candidate statuses:

  1.  Go to Settings > Candidate Settings > Candidate Statuses.
  2.  On the Manage Candidate Statuse spage:
    • To add a new status: fill in the bottom line with a custom status name, then, in the second column, select a predefined candidate status, and then select the Add button. 
    • To edit a status: change the custom status name in the first column and/or predefined status name in the second column, and then select the Update button.
    • To delete a status: select the Delete button next to the candidate status that you want to remove.
