Copy a talent pool

You can copy a talent pool to create a new talent pool on the basis of an existing talent pool. This is useful when the new talent pool has little differences or you want to use an existing talent pool as a template.

To copy a talent pool:

1.  Go to Candidates, Job Openings and Talent Pools > Talent Pools.
2.  Select the icon on the tile of the talent pool that you want to copy, and then select Copy.
   A copy of the talent pool will be created. The created talent pool will have the same title with "-Copy" added to it.
   
3.  Edit the created copy of the talent pool according to your needs.
